Article 8: The company shall always keep client information received during the course of its business strictly confidential and shall not provide the same to others unless specifically authorized in writing by the client.
Article 9: The company shall always give equal professional service to all categories of clients irrespective of cast, creed, community, religion, nationality or origin.
Article 10: The company shall always employ the qualified, knowledgeable and competent professional for all paper works relating to real estate transactions of its clients.
Article 11: The company shall always paint a true picture about its profile and subject matters of properties to be held with while advertising in newspapers, internet, media or other public exposures.
Article 12: The company shall always comply and work within the frame work of Maharera and other applicable laws pertaining to the real estate industry in India.
Article 13: The company shall always make truthful and objective presentation with complete transparency before its clients about the credentials of builders, developers and other real estate professionals after making a due Diligence.
Article 14: The company shall always follow the ethical standards and normal trade practice being followed by the local real estate professionals and clients of its own jurisdiction and shall always honor the ethical standards which have been laid down by Real Estate Agents Associations and other regulating authorities of real estate business.
Article 15: The company shall follow the basic principles of transparency in making all real estate transactions for its clients and train its team members also to be rigid on the above code of ethics.
Article 16: The company shall always follow the principles of Truthfulness, Transparency, Accountability, Customer Centricity and Compliance while dealing with the Builders, Clients, Business Partners and it's Team members.
